Improving Eating Habits for Health is Never Easy, But Totally Worth It.
Apr 01, 2026I took this video in the car after finishing a group coaching session for about 30 participants, where I had given my all to activate them to see the need for and the power of our lifestyle and eating habits as medicine to combat chronic diseases.
I was feeling very drained, which was usual for me after every coaching session. And my reflections were, as shared in the video:
A transfer of conviction, not of knowledge
I felt drained after every coaching session because most of the time, I was digging deep and sharing my conviction on the power of lifestyle as medicine, to move the overwhelming inertia from the participants, with regards to making lifestyle and eating habits change.
Changing and Improving eating habits for health - never easy, always worth it.
Most people resist changing long-standing eating habits, however obviously unhealthy they might be. Change is never easy, especially when it comes to something like eating habits. But easy it might not be, but benefits there definitely would be.
Our lifestyle and eating habits are powerful medicine that can help us prevent and combat diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases and other lifestyle-related chronic diseases. Although it is never easy to improve change and improve them, but not only is it entirely possible, it can also be enjoyable once the automaticity of the new and healthier habits kicks in.
Let Your Habits Be Your Medicine.
Blessings,
