Dr Chan is a practising medical doctor from Singapore. He attended medical school at National University of Singapore, graduating in 1992.
Dr Chan's work is focused on training and coaching people to holistically improve their lifestyle & dietary habits to better prevent, control and combat diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease and other lifestyle-related chronic diseases.
On top of seeing patients in his medical clinic, Dr Chan also provides lifestyle and dietary habits modification coaching on a 1-1 as well as group basis.
From 2014 - 2019, Dr Chan also worked as the head chef at a special concept restaurant he founded and operated that focus on teaching and encouraging people to explore healthier eating habits.
Dr Chan also provides advisory and consultancy services to organisations, including government healthcare institutions, private companies and social enterprises, especially in designing and conducting lifestyle behaviour and dietary habits intervention programmes.
