I am committed to helping more people reverse their diabetes
Apr 19, 2026
I have been involved in teaching and coaching people in lifestyle medicine for more than 10 years now. Whether it is through my medical clinic where I provide 1-1 coaching to patients with chronic diseases, or through workshops, courses and programmes that I conduct in-person or online, there is nothing more gratifying than seeing a person with Type 2 Diabetes reversing his/her diabetes through lifestyle change. One thing that keeps me up at night is how there are still so many people with Type 2 Diabetes who do not know about diabetes reversal or have the confidence or even motivation to have a go at overhauling their lifestyle and eating habits to attempt to reverse their diabetes. And whenever I go on social media, especially on Facebook or TikTok, I see many influencers touting supplements purportedly for reversing diabetes, that dismays me a lot. Because reversing diabetes cannot rely on pills alone, prescription drugs or supplements, without holistic improvement to one's lifestyle and dietary habits.
It has taken me more than a year of working on this, developing this structured online learning programme on reversing diabetes, I finally launched it today - 4th of April 2026. I am excited, I hope I can reach, educate and help more people with Type 2 Diabetes with this programme. Wish me luck.
