Reverse Diabetes Early - Don't wait till the window closes.

To succeed in reversing diabetes, it is important to start early, the earlier the better. Many people don't get round to attempting diabetes reversal till it becomes too difficult to do so.

Common reasons why people don't get round to attempting to reverse their diabetes till their diabetes is advanced:

1. Many people with Type 2 Diabetes are complacent
From my experience coaching patients with diabetes, many are complacent about their condition, especially when their condition are still mild, when their blood sugar are 'easily' controlled by medications. Taking a pill a day is deemed something much easier to do than having to change and improving long-standing lifestyle and eating habits if one were to attempt to reverse their diabetes.

2. Many people with Type 2 Diabetes do not know much about diabetes reversal.
Even though diabetes reversal is well studied, researched and published, many people with Type 2 Diabetes still do not know much about it. I still often get asked by my patients or people who participate in my behaviour change programmes, "Doctor, do you believe that it is possible to stop taking diabetes medication and still get good blood sugar control?", and they get surprised when I reply, "Not only do I believe, it is my passion and goal to help as many people do so safely and sustainably as possible!"

I developed this Structured Online Learning Programme on Reversing Type 2 Diabetes - Essential Basics so as to help people with Type 2 Diabetes learn the essential Must-Know about diabetes reversal. You can find out more >>> Diabetes Reversal Learning Programme
