The 90-Day Programme includes:

• Regular bite-sized teaching videos
  At least two videos a week, and up to one every two days.

• Regular LIVE group coaching sessions with Dr Chan
  At least once a month, and up to twice a month.

  Participants will get access to all content for 120 days from the day of sign up. *Pioneer participants will get 180 days of access.
