1) What this covers & nature of services

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit the site, create an account, purchase, or attend live sessions—in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Our programs are educational and not medical consultations or telemedicine services under HCSA.

2) Personal Data We Collect

  • Identity & contact: name, email, country/region, billing details (payment is handled by Stripe/PayPal; we do not store full card numbers).
  • Account & usage: enrolments, progress, downloads, quiz completions, support requests.
  • Technical: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, cookies/analytics.
  • Live sessions: audio/video, username, chat messages, Q&A.
  • Marketing & events: your stated interests, challenge/event registrations, preferences.

3) How We Use Personal Data

We use data to:

  • Deliver course/event access and provide support;
  • Process payments and send confirmations;
  • Send service updates (e.g., schedule changes, access issues);
  • Improve content, user experience, and platform performance;
  • Send information or offers we believe may be relevant to you based on your interactions with us (events, sign-ups, downloads). You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting [email protected].

Marketing Consent (PDPA)

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive updates, newsletters, and offers from Engines of Health Pte Ltd via email or similar channels. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4) Legal Bases (PDPA)

We rely on: consent, contractual necessity (to deliver what you purchased/registered), and legitimate interests (security, service improvement, reasonable marketing to existing participants). You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

5) Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share limited data with trusted processors solely to run the Services:

  • Kajabi (hosting, delivery, basic analytics, email automations);
  • Stripe/PayPal (payment processing);
  • Email/CRM services;
  • Video/meeting tools (e.g., Zoom/StreamYard).
    All processors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

6) International Transfers

Vendors may store data outside Singapore (e.g., US/EU). We select reputable providers and take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection.

7) Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, typically:

  • Account & purchase records: while your account is active + up to 6 years for tax/audit;
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion;
  • Live-session recordings: as long as the product/replay remains available.

You may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent (for example, to marketing) by contacting [email protected]. Where legally permissible, you may also request deletion.
We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with the PDPA.
