1) Overview & Nature of Services

The Habits Doctor brand is operated by Engines of Health Pte Ltd (“we/us/our”). We provide educational lifestyle and habits programs, courses, live sessions, replays, and digital materials (“Services”).
These programs are not medical consultations or telemedicine services under Singapore’s Healthcare Services Act (HCSA). They are intended for general lifestyle education and self-improvement purposes.

2) Medical Disclaimer & No Doctor–Patient Relationship

While Dr Chan Tat Hon is a registered medical practitioner in Singapore, participation in our educational content, events, or courses does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Content is general education, not personalised medical advice. Do not delay, disregard, or cease seeking professional medical advice from your own healthcare provider because of information obtained from our Services.

3) Purchases, Access & Refunds

• Payments are processed by Kajabi, Stripe, or PayPal.
• Access you paid for: personal, non-transferable access for the period stated on the checkout page or product description. Access may be time-limited. We may update, replace, or retire course materials with reasonable notice while maintaining materially equivalent value.
• Refunds: Only where explicitly stated on the relevant product or event page (otherwise digital products/live replays are final sale).

4) Accounts & Security

Provide accurate details, keep your password secure, and notify us of any suspected breach. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5) Live Sessions, Recordings, Replays & Personal Disclosures

Live sessions (e.g., webinars, Q&A, coaching) may be audio/video recorded. By joining, you consent to recording and to our use of recordings for student replays, quality improvement, training, and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use a screen name.
If you share personal experiences or health information during sessions or chat, you do so voluntarily. You may request editing or removal from published recordings by emailing [email protected]; we will assess and act reasonably where feasible.

6) Intellectual Property

All content (videos, slides, text, frameworks, downloads, branding) is owned by Engines of Health Pte Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, share, resell, sublicense, or upload our materials elsewhere without written permission.

7) Acceptable Use & Community Conduct

Be respectful. No harassment, spamming, scraping, reverse-engineering, or interference with the Services. We may remove community access for breaches.

8) Results, Warranties & Liability

We aim for accurate, helpful content, but no outcomes are guaranteed. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9) Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers (e.g., Kajabi, Stripe, Zoom/StreamYard). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

10) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (with or without notice) for violations of these Terms or unlawful use. Clauses that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) continue after termination.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new date above and, if material, provide reasonable notice on the site or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12) Professional Ethics

We are committed to professional integrity and adhere to the Singapore Medical Council Ethical Code and Guidelines regarding online communication and public education.

13) Governing Law & Venue; International Users

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. International users are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
